Please find below a message introducing a new online payment platform we will be using at our school.
Some families have already received a message from KEV School Solutions, inviting them to accept their invitation to create their account. Our apologies if this has caused any confusion, this is a legitimate invitation.
At this time there are only a few items available for “purchase”. As we move forward, we will be posting items such as class field trip fees, fundraisers, out of school care pro-d day camps, etc., with this platform being the preferred method of payment.
We are excited to announce that Queen of Angels is now offering School Cash Online – a new way to pay for School expenses. School Cash Online provides you with the convenience of paying online with a Credit Card or Debit Card for a variety of school items. This platform will allow parents, grandparents and others to pay on-line for field trips, athletic fees, school plays and concerts or any other items available for students to purchase. Launched today, SchoolCash On-line is the preferred method of payment and is intended to enhance on-line safety and efficiency within the District for both parents and staff.
Please follow the link in Step 1, below to register online – it takes less than 5 minutes! Once you have registered your student, you will be able to see all items posted online for purchase. You also have the option to be notified whenever your child has a new school expense added.
To set up an account and explore the system, please follow the instructions below.

Step 2: “Register” button and follow the instructions.
Step 3: After you receive the confirmation email, login and add each of your school age children to your household account. To do this you will need your student’s legal last name, legal first name, and date of birth.
* Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and Students themselves can also register to purchase items.
* Community Members, you can skip this step “I don’t want to add a student”.
Please note: As we begin the new process, there may not be many items in your school’s catalogue. More items will be added as we complete the launch.
