From the moment he first met his teacher, Ms. Hennig, he was put at ease by her warmth, friendliness and patience. In just one short year of Kindergarten, we've seen our shy boy come out of his shell, he's gained confidence, made many friends, built his skills in reading and writing, and has learned to advocate for himself with his own voice. "My son has been a student at Queen of Angels for the last number of years. He started attending in preschool; the Angel Care program. This will be my son’s 4th year at Q of A, as he is entering grade 2 in September. Each day he is happy to arrive and play on the playground before starting class. The teachers he has had are excellent in communicating with me as a parent. They are so kind and nurturing to my son’s needs. Whenever his tasks feel challenging for him, I feel confident communicating with the teachers openly and trust they are doing their best to support him."
