About Our Angel Care Programs
In each program we continue the teachings and values of our school in a creative and nurturing environment.
Our purpose is to provide an environment that encourages each child to grow spiritually, physically, intellectually, culturally, emotionally and socially.
Staff members are committed to providing quality learning and childcare programs. In both the Angel Care and Out of School Care programs we continue the teachings and values of Queen of Angels Catholic School in a creative and nurturing environment.
License #1381622 Angel Care is an “Approved” participant in the Provincial Government’s Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative.
Angel Care is a Very Lively Place
We offer an enriched full-day program for 3-5-year-olds.
The children are encouraged from the onset to be confident, independent learners in a structured, child-friendly, and stimulating environment. The manner in which the children work and play reflects the ethos of the school. This provides a firm foundation for their personal growth and the skills required to become lifelong learners in an ever-changing world.
Our FULL Day Angel Care Program Goals are to:
Provide an age-appropriate program of academic and social enrichment.
Provide a daily routine that includes free play, art activities, circle time (songs, stories, music, and movement) gym time, library, prayer, teaching time with the pre-school Learning Without Tears program, as well as other interactive activities.
Take a weekly nature walk and spend time in the forest.
Develop Kindergarten readiness skills.
Surround the child with God’s love and guidance as an integral part of his or her daily life.
We believe that the development of the whole child (cognitively, physically, spiritually, artistically, socially, emotionally, and culturally) encourages everyone to develop to their full potential.
Queen of Angels Angel Care operates from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm YEAR ROUND.

Queen of Angels Out of School Care
We provide after-school care for Kindergarten to Grade 6 children from 3:00 to 5:30 pm. We offer full day care on Pro D Days and Christmas and Spring Break camps.
The goals of the program are to:
- Provide the children with a program of academic and social enrichment.
- Provide the basis for the growth of community pride and spirit.
- Provide an affordable and convenient Christian alternative to other types of out-of-school care.
Advantages include art activities, time in the computer lab, use of the cooking lab, gym time, outdoor playtime, structured activities, free play time as well as homework supervision.
Our Out of School Care Program creates a safe and fun atmosphere where children can wind down from school activities and spend time with their peers.
