Dear Parents and Guardians,
This Friday, November 8th, at 10:30 a.m., we will hold our Remembrance Day Assembly in our gymnasium. Our Grade 7 classroom teacher (Ms. Kay), our music teacher (Dr. Nace), and many of our teachers are working hard to prepare.
We invited three members of the Canadian Armed Forces and two elders from our Indigenous community (retired RCMP) to be present and/or speak.
Parents and relatives are welcome to attend, though we kindly ask that you RSVP to ensure we have sufficient seating made available.
Very importantly, if your son/daughter participates in cadets, scouts, guides, brownies, sparks, or similar organizations, please consider coming to school wearing that uniform for the assembly.
