In lieu of completing the re-registration form on the second page of this attachment, please click on the link below to complete our short online re-registration survey. If you are unable to access the survey for any reason, or would prefer a hard copy of the form be sent home, please just let us know.
QofA 2025/26 Re-Registration Survey
The Re-registration deadline is February 24, 2025. Until that date, there is no fee to re-register and placement of your child(ren) can be secured for the 2025/2026 school year. Parents registering their children after February 24th are subject to a $50 application fee and their acceptance cannot be guaranteed.
For families wishing to apply for the following:
- Practicing Catholic Tuition Rate (form attached). Please note that hard copies of this form will be sent home today to families who are currently receiving this rate.
- Bussing (QofA North & South Buses) (form attached). Please note that hard copies of this form will be sent home today with students who are currently registered on our buses.
- Out of School Care (form attached). Please note that hard copies of this form were previously sent home with students currently registered in Out of School Care.
